Australian Olympic 10,000m Finalist
Lauren Ryan, the Australian long-distance runner specialising in the 5,000m and 10,000m representing Australia at the 2024 PARIS OLYMPIC GAMES in both the 5,000m and 10,000m. Lauren raced to a 13th place finish in the 10,000m final. Most Recently, placing 13th at the 2026 World Cross Country Championships in Tallahassee, Florida and 9th place in the 10,000m at the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo, Japan.
Lauren has represented Australia in a multitude of World Championships including World Athletics Championships on the Track, Road and Cross Country. With a string of victories and record-breaking performances. Ryan continues to establish herself as a dominant force in the world of long-distance running representing the global sports brand Under Armour.
